Pooley Bridge
Photographed 13/11/2015
Pooley Bridge is home to some rather rare Revo Lucidor B's. These lights were documented by Davey Warren back in 2008, he did find a third but I was unable to locate it.
I think it's fair to say that these 35W SOX lanterns have gone far past the length of time they were intended to live for, but if it ain't broke don't fix it.
This first example is in very good condition, its main problem is the requirement for a clean.

The second example is even greener, as far as I'm aware it works and as far as I can see it should. It is fitted with a rather crudely installed Royce Thompson P42 two par cell. Judging by the nature of the cells installation I'm going to say that this light was originally switched via time switch.
